REACTORS & AUTOCLAVES

Mineralization reactors

TOP INDUSTRIE mineralization reactors,
also known as synthesis bombs, are:

Easily heated in an oven or thermostatic bath up to 220°C.
 
The volume range is very broad, from 20 ml to 1000 ml.
The PTFE lining provides protection of the vessel body against corrosion. It is easily replaceable and allows operation with a wide variety of fluids.
 
It is also worth noting the safety feature integrated into the closure system, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

Hydrothermal reactors

These autoclaves are designed for hydrothermal synthesis operations at very high pressures and very high temperatures. They are particularly suited for extreme pressure conditions (up to 6000 bar). Thanks to their cone-to-cone sealing system, they can safely withstand temperatures of up to 900°C.

The choice of materials will be guided so as to adapt to the specific requirements and constraints imposed by the reaction environments (fluids, pH, etc.).

 

VISUALIZATION CELLS

Top Industrie develops a wide range of equipment for high-pressure analysis, particularly for in-situ thermodynamic measurements, supercritical CO₂ (scCO₂) reactions, hydrates, subcritical processes, and studies involving extremophile organisms in fields such as biology and genetics.

PRESSURE GENERATION SYSTEMS

Manual syringe pump

The high-pressure syringe pumps from Top Industrie are particularly precise. They can operate at constant flow rates, ranging from 0.03 mm³/min to 60 cm³/min, at constant pressure or at a defined volume.
Pressures can reach up to 7000 bar.
Hand pumps are used in very wide range of applications. 

Electric syringe pump (PMHP)

TOP INDUSTRIE high-pressure syringe pumps are particularly precise. They can operate at constant flow rates from 0.03 mm³/min to 60 cm³/min, at constant pressure, or at a defined volume.
Pressures can reach up to 7000 bar.
They also feature the ability to deliver constant, pulse-free flow rates over large volumes (dual-pump configuration).
They are controlled by a LabVIEW-based system specifically developed in-house, enabling data acquisition capabilities.
TOP INDUSTRIE syringe pumps are widely used in the fields of catalysis, rock mechanics, and supercritical fluids.

Pneumatic diaphragm compressor

TOP INDUSTRIE compressors operate with a minimum inlet pressure of 25 bar and can reach up to 3500 bar at the outlet. A single-stage and a two-stage version are available.
A special hydrogen model is also available.

AGITATION SYSTEMS

Stirrers

TOP INDUSTRIE designs and manufactures a range of compact magnetic coupling stirrers, delivering torque from 90 to 1000 N·cm at pressures up to 1500 bar.
These stirrers are characterized by a simple operating principle, ensuring high reliability and robustness.
 
They feature no dynamic sealing, thereby permanently eliminating issues associated with rotating seals.
The integrated in-line motorization enables a more compact installation and ensures optimal safety.
All rotating parts are fully enclosed. 

Stirring Shafts

The stirring shaft designed by Top Industrie is directly intended to complement an agitator with an integrated motor drive. It is also very easy to replace and can be sold separately.

Impellers

The stirring impellers from Top Industrie are designed to directly complement the stirring shafts. They are a key component in ensuring high-quality mixing.
Main types of impellers are: gas projection impellers, Rushton, ancor.
The impellers are designed for easy replacement.

Baffles

When using agitation devices such as Rushton or gas-inducing impellers, it is necessary to use baffles to eliminate vortex formation.
Baffles allow the impeller to deliver its full mixing efficiency.
They are mounted on an elastic support and press against the inner diameter of the vessel.

SAMPLING

Rolsi samplers

The injector of the Rapid On-Line Sampler (ROLSI™) has been specifically developed for sampling pressurized fluids (both gases and liquids) and for continous analysis by gas chromatography.
Directly connected to a reactor or a process line, for example, the ROLSI enables in-situ sampling that is both reproducible and representative of the environment, without any contamination.
 
Thanks to its integrated heating system, the device allows instant vaporization of a liquid sample or maintains a sampled fluid at high temperature in the vapor phase.
 
For accurate pressure measurement, three sensors are connected to the cell and maintained at a constant temperature.
 
ROLSI samplers are designed for easy maintenance and cost-effective operation.
