Quick closure reactor
The TOP 30 to TOP 160 range of quick-closing autoclaves by Top Industrie has been specifically designed for quick and easy use and handling. These reactors are perfectly suited for hydrogenation, carbonylation, polymer synthesis reactions, as well as homogeneous or heterogeneous catalysis processes.
Based on a standardized design, the range offers an almost infinite selection of diameter/height pairs, allowing you to choose the volume and H/D ratio best suited to your experiments. A full range of accessories and peripherals useful for research and industrial or university experimentation is available.

Key design information
The reactor is composed of a cylindrical body machined from a single block of material and threaded at the top, with a plug on which various inlet/outlet connections are installed, and a screwed-on cylinder head securing the assembly. An O-ring seal ensures perfect tightness of the system.
The special coating on the thread and the ball race between the plug and the cylinder head provide the cylinder head with great rotational flexibility, allowing manual opening and closing without tools and with minimal effort. The same head can accommodate several vessels with the same external diameter but different heights and volumes.
